Our Company Teams are designed for dedicated dancers ready to take their training and performance to the next level. Dancers on our company teams typically train 3 days per week, which includes technique classes, ballet, and group routine rehearsals. Each team learns 3–4 group routines per season and performs at 4–5 competitions across the Maritimes.
Company dancers grow in both artistry and discipline while building strong bonds, teamwork, and confidence — all in a supportive, passionate environment that fuels their love for dance.
Our Club Teams offer a fun and focused experience for dancers who want to perform and grow — with a more flexible schedule. Dancers train 1–2 days per week, which includes routine rehearsals and a weekly technique class. Each dancer learns 1 group routine and performs at 1–2 competitions throughout the season.
Club Teams are a great way to build confidence, develop strong technique, and be part of a supportive, passionate dance family — all while having a blast on and off the stage.
Elite Extras are specialty routines available by invitation only to dancers on our Company Teams. These additional performance opportunities are offered in a variety of styles and are designed for dancers who are ready to push their artistry and stage presence even further.
Each Elite Extra includes an additional weekly rehearsal per routine, and all pieces compete at the same competitions as our Company Teams. These routines are a chance for selected dancers to showcase their versatility, dedication, and passion on a more advanced level.
Solos, duos, and trios are available by invitation only to dancers on our Company and Club Teams who are ready to take on a more individualized performance experience. These routines offer dancers the chance to grow their technique, expression, and stage presence in a more focused setting.
Rehearsals are booked individually with the choreographer, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. Dancers and their families can also choose which competitions they wish to attend with their routine(s), based on availability and readiness.
These pieces are a great opportunity for dancers to shine and deepen their connection to their craft.
